building project.

Tell us what you are building, where the project stands and what matters most. We assess readiness before considering any builder introduction.

PBC introductions

Request a callback from PBC.

Preferred business: AFALCO Construction · Punchbowl. This is a preference for PBC to assess, rather than a confirmed match or an endorsement.

Complete the project brief with phone as your preferred first contact. Your callback preference and chosen business will be recorded when you submit. PBC reviews the request before contacting you; a callback time is not booked here.

Your project comes to PBC first. We review readiness, builder suitability and the required agreements, then confirm your permission for a named introduction before sharing contact details. The service is free for homeowners. A directory subscription does not change matching priority or replace the builder’s applicable PBC fee agreement.

The exact location and project type decide which builders can legally and practically be considered.

Project preparation

Prepare for a better builder conversation

A clear project brief helps a builder understand whether your project fits their work and current capacity. Separate what is confirmed from what still needs advice, then include these details in your project enquiry for PBC to review.

  • Location and land: suburb or council area, land status, access and known site constraints.
  • Scope: new home, extension or renovation, plus your priorities and important features.
  • Plans and approvals: current drawings, reports, decisions and outstanding questions.
  • Budget: a realistic construction allowance, inclusions and items still to be priced. Keep banking documents out of an initial brief.
  • Timing: preferred start, dependencies and flexibility.
  • Builder fit: relevant experience, service area, capacity and communication preferences.

Use the full building project brief checklist or read the Northern Rivers preparation guide. PBC assesses readiness and considers introductions; you choose your builder and obtain independent advice. The matching service is free for homeowners, and PBC may receive a referral fee from a participating builder after a qualifying building contract.
