01Does it cost homeowners anything?+
No. The matching service is free for homeowners. Premier Build Connect may receive a fee from a participating builder if an introduction results in a building contract, and we disclose that arrangement clearly.
02Do you guarantee a builder or a building outcome?+
No. We improve the introduction process, but the homeowner and builder remain responsible for their own checks, professional advice, pricing, negotiations and contract.
03What makes a project ready for matching?+
A useful brief has a realistic budget or marks the value as uncertain, clear site and design information, a preferred timeframe and an honest finance position. We assess every submission and use a lighter referral pathway where that better suits the project.
04Which areas do you cover?+
Premier Build Connect operates Australia-wide. We match each project with suitable builders based on location, licensing, experience, capacity and project fit.
