No. Directory Plus adds the listed showcase and reporting features. Both plans use the same PBC introduction request process. PBC considers project suitability; subscribing does not buy priority, guarantee work or waive applicable agreed PBC fees.
Your Basic profile is free. After PBC approves your business ownership claim, you can choose Plus and explicitly agree to the offer shown at checkout. Eligible founding members pay $1 + GST ($1.10 total) for the first month, then $24 + GST ($26.40 total) each month. The standard plan is $24 + GST ($26.40 total) per month without the introductory discount. If the founding offer is unavailable, you must review and accept the standard offer separately. If payments are not available, your account will say so and no checkout will start.
No. Founding members can cancel future monthly renewals at any time. The $24 before-GST monthly rate is protected for the first 12 months of their subscription; this is a price promise, not a 12-month contract. Any later price change will be explained before it takes effect, with the option to cancel future renewals.
Open your directory account and choose Manage billing. Cancel future renewal there. Plus features remain available until the paid period ends, then your approved profile can remain on the free Basic plan. Cancellation does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
From a Basic or Plus profile, homeowners can open PBC’s project form with your business named as their preference. PBC keeps their project and contact details private during review. A request does not itself create a match or fee. Any introduction follows PBC’s suitability review, signed agreement, applicable project terms and the homeowner’s permission to share details. New homeowner contact details do not appear in your directory account.
No. Minimal public profile activity is recorded automatically and may count repeat views. The Plus report shows recorded views and submitted PBC introduction requests naming your business over the last 30 days. These are activity counts, not unique people, qualified leads or a promise of work.
